Privacy policy
Last updated . This policy covers justenoughweb.com, run by J&E Web in Texas. Questions go to hello@justenoughweb.com.
What we collect through the form
When you send the contact form, we get:
- your name, email address and business name
- your current website, if you give one
- whether you asked for a free demo or a free website review
- anything you write in the message box
- the date and time you sent it
We only use this to reply to you about your request. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.
Where it goes and who sees it
Each request is saved in a database in our Cloudflare account, and a copy is emailed to hello@justenoughweb.com, a Google Workspace mailbox. Only Jaden and Ethan can read them.
How long we keep it
We keep your request until you ask us to delete it. Email hello@justenoughweb.com and we will delete it from the database and our mailbox. Cloudflare keeps automatic backups of the database for 30 days, so a deleted request is fully gone after that. Our error logs never include what you typed into the form.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. Turnstile runs a check in your browser and sends Cloudflare technical details such as your browser type and IP address. We also use your IP address for a short time to stop the same device sending the form over and over. We don't store it with your request.
Visitor statistics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other sites. We see totals such as page views and which pages people visit, not who you are.
Cookies
We don't set any cookies on this site.
Services we use
Cloudflare hosts the site, stores form requests, sends them to our mailbox, runs Turnstile and counts visits. Google Workspace holds our email. Each handles data under its own privacy policy: Cloudflare privacy policy, Turnstile privacy addendum and Google privacy policy.
Children
This site is for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the date at the top.
